We Do the Homework: Tell us what you’re looking for, and we’ll search the market to find the properties that best match your needs and present them to you.

We Work For You: We’re real estate investors, like you⁠—not commission-driven salespeople. Our staff are salaried. When you purchase a property through Dream City Real Estate, we will return to you 50% of the commission Dream City Real Estate receives from your purchase of that property.

We Negotiate the Price: We use our leverage to negotiate the best price and terms we can for your property. Final price and terms are subject to the seller’s agreement.

Free Home Inspection: We’ll check the property’s principal electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning and water systems, along with a general visual inspection of accessible physical features. Specialized engineering, structural or destructive inspections are not included.

3-Month Home Warranty: For three (3) months from the date you take possession, we will cover defects in the functional operation of the property’s existing electrical, plumbing and water systems. Normal wear and tear, routine maintenance, cosmetic issues, misuse, accidental damage and damage occurring after possession are not covered.

Free Legal Representation: Our real estate legal office will assist with the purchase agreement, available ownership documentation and closing. Litigation and legal matters unrelated to the purchase are not included.

Financing Consultation: We’ll help you identify and evaluate available financing options. Financing approval and terms are determined by the lender.

Mortgage Broker Services: We’ll help coordinate your mortgage application and work with the lender through closing. Loan approval is determined by the lender.

Tax Guidance: We’ll help identify tax benefits that may be available with your purchase. Eligibility and final tax treatment are determined by applicable law.

Free One-Year Rental Property Management Services: If you choose to rent your property, for a period of one year Dream City Real Estate will arrange and cover the cost of listing and marketing the property for rent, handling rental inquiries, coordinating reservations and guest check-in and check-out, and cleaning after each rental.

Express Lane Service: We’ll prioritize your transaction and coordinate the process to help avoid unnecessary delays. Closing times may still depend on sellers, lenders, government agencies and other third parties.

Complete Buyer Support: We’re with you before, during and after the sale to assist with your purchase and transition to ownership and help make your investment work.
